This dog as stated above is in sound health and free from any communicable diseases at the time of sale.  It has been checked by a veterinarian and found to be healthy as stated on signed accompanying health certificate and is sound to ship.  Seller allows buyer 72 hours to obtain a health exam by a veterinarian of their choice at the buyers expense.  In the event a health problem should be discovered, seller will accept return of said dog and registration papers at the buyer’s expense and a replacement dog will be provided at the buyer’s expense of shipping replacement.  If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of said dog as was represented by the seller, seller must be contacted immediately and arrangements made to return said dog at buyer’s expense.  Full purchase price will be refunded to buyer upon return of said dog and registration papers.

Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available (and all canine illnesses are not covered by vaccination), we require that all Ray-Ann Farms puppies and dogs be kept on “NuVet Plus Canine.”   This Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder recommendation.  You will receive a full informational brochure when you receive your new puppy.  You are expected to have this on hand before you receive your new puppy.  The order line phone number is:  1-800-474-7044.  Your order code is 80796.  The order line hours are 8am-6pm Pacific Time.  NuVet Labs will then send us a monthly report on which Ray-Ann Farms puppies are being supplemented with NuVet Plus Canine.   NOTE:  This health guarantee will be considered null and void if you do not keep your pet on this supplement.

TERMS OF REPLACEMENT

RAY-ANN FARMS

In the event that a genetic defect is found (patellar subluxation, heart murmur, etc.) in the first year from the date of sale, the dog will be replaced.  This must be determined by a veterinarian and a written statement from the vet verifying the condition must be supplied to the seller at the buyer’s expense.  Replacement will be made as soon as a suitable dog is available.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping and transport costs.  The buyer must send the registration papers back before a replacement dog is shipped.
